VISITOR INFORMATION
Chisholm Park Golf Club welcomes all visitors to Dunedin that are looking for a great golf experience.
The golf course will challenge the best players while giving the social golfer a fun time golfing. You won't lose a lot of balls as there is only one real hazard on the golf course and that is the Pacific Ocean on the left side of the 9th fairway.

CRUISE SHIP PASSENGER INFORMATION
Playing golf at Chisholm Park is a great way to enjoy your visit to Dunedin.
The golf course is easy to get to and you can play 12 or 18 holes depending on your time available. Full golf shop services including club hire and golf cart rental are available.
We are easy to get to and are only 5 minutes from the Octagon.
On disembarking from your cruise ship make your way on the transportation provided to the Octagon (the centre of Dunedin). From there get a taxi to the golf course out by St Kilda beach (approximate cost is $12 - $15). A taxi from Port Chalmers will cost approximately $55 and take 30 minutes.

LOCATION AND DRIVING DIRECTIONS
DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH
As you are driving in on State Highway 1 into Dunedin you will pass Carisbrook Park on the right hand side of the road. In 500 metres the road comes to a T intersection.
Stay in the right lane and turn right on to Andersons Bay Road.
Pass all the car yards and through the traffic lights.
Go straight through the round about and follow the road around the corner to the shops and turn right down Cavell Street.
At the end of the road you will see the first fairway so turn right and the Chisholm Park Golf Club entrance is 100metres on your left hand size.

DRIVING FROM THE NORTH INTO DUNEDIN
As you are driving in on State Highway 1 into Dunedin you will pass the University on the left hand side of the road. The road is one way heading South.
Keep moving with the traffic passing Cadbury Chocolate factory on the right, the Dunedin Railway Station on the left. Stay in the middle lanes and continue heading south.
As you pass HireQuip, BP Petrol Station and Dick Smith Electronics head into the left two lanes marked Andersons Bay. As you get to the traffic lights stay in the left lanes and continue straight ahead under the railway over bridge and you are now traveling down Andersons Bay Road.
Pass all the car yards and through the traffic lights.

DRIVING FROM THE OCTAGON (CENTRE OF THE CITY OF DUNEDIN)
Drive down Stuart Street to the Dunedin Railway Station. Turn right at the lights at the railway station.
Stay in the middle lanes and continue heading south.
As you pass HireQuip, BP Petrol Station and Dick Smith Electronics head into the left two lanes marked Andersons Bay. As you get to the traffic lights stay in the left lanes and continue straight ahead under the railway over bridge and you are now traveling down Andersons Bay Road.
Pass all the car yards and through the traffic lights.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The Chisholm Park Golf Club is easily accessed by the Public Bus.
Two bus services travel near to the golf course:
1. St Kilda Bus: This will drop you off on Victoria Road outside the Dunedin Holiday Park / Camp Ground. The golf course is a 5-minute walk from here.
2. Bay Cemetry Bus: Being dropped off on the south end of Cavell Street and you will be insight of the first fairway. Make your way across the road and walk up the side of the fairway to the golf shop. (watch for golfers teeing off)
